It’s no secret: health is the greatest wealth. But not every personal trainer truly understands what it is like to overcome injuries and challenges like the ones you might have.
My story is different. I have had numerous physical challenges in my life, and injuries which I thought would end my athletic career at every turn. Despite these obstacles, I have been able to become a walk-on college athlete, and build a huge network of experts in every area of sports medicine.
As a result, my personal training services are truly a collaboration between myself and my network of expert physical therapists, massage therapists, care givers, golf professionals, equipment companies, and even home builders who each believe that the best approach to physical fitness is not limited to your time in the gym, but through sustainable lifestyle changes that support your lifestyle and goals.

I craft personal training regimens designed to support you in enjoying your life more fully every day – from playing back-to-back rounds of golf without petering out or feeling that old familiar twinge, to biking around Europe or heli-skiing in Canada.
